International customers please note - we use a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, which means you simply pay an ex-tax price at the checkout and are subject to any relevant local duties and taxes once the parcel arrives at your country.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, simply return it to us and we will happily provide a credit or refund under the following conditions:
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of dispatch for Australian and New Zealand customers and 21 days for other countries
  • Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached
  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed
  • You must contact us before returning the item
  • Sorry, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
We do not exchange, sorry. If you would like to return your item for something else, please post it back to us and place a new order. 

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and earrings are not applicable for refund, exchange or credit note. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Afterpay
You can buy what you want now and pay every fortnight over 4 equal instalments. Your order gets shipped ASAP like a standard purchase and there's no interest or delays.
All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. You will no longer be considered a ‘new’ customer once you have fully paid off your first order 6 weeks later. For any order thereafter, your first payment will only be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase.

All you need is an Australian Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card, be 18 years old or over, and must be living in Australia. If you fail to make a payment on time you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 and an additional fee of $7 if it isn't paid within the next week.
All purchases are subject to Afterpay's approval. 
Security
Dead Pretty takes our customer's credit card security seriously. For this reason, you may be asked to provide identification for orders over AU$1000 before we can release your order to you. Refusal to provide identification may result in refunding the order.
Once the identification has been sent through via email or text message (we will provide you a number), we can send the product without any further delay. It's simply a standard procedure (common for most reputable online designer boutiques) to keep our loyal customers shopping experience safe online!
We do our utmost to ensure that every credit card transaction is secure. We use a Shopify SSL certificate for extra security. This is a high-grade Encryption key (Camellia-256, 256 bit encryption key) that ensures your payment and person info remains secure during your payment. Your credit card info cannot be accessed by any third parties.
