International customers please note - we use a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, which means you simply pay an ex-tax price at the checkout and are subject to any relevant local duties and taxes once the parcel arrives at your country.

About same-day delivery
→ We can guarantee same-day delivery for orders place before 2pm

Refunds
Please allow a few days for the money to return to your account. PayPal refunds are instant once we process it.
Exchanges
We do not exchange, sorry. If you would like to return your item for something else, please post it back to us and place a new order.

Afterpay lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 6 weekly, automatic, interest-free payments. It's available for all Australian and New Zealand cardholders.
Discounts
Please note that coupon codes, including 10% off your first order, will not work for sale items. Only one coupon code can be used at a time. If you can't see where to add your coupon on mobile, please click the "order summary".
Using buttons such as PayPal and Apple Pay at the cart which can bypass the checkout will skip the coupon entry field. Please follow the checkout as normal, then select PayPal and Apple Pay at the end.
Security
Dead Pretty takes our customer's credit card security seriously. For this reason, you may be asked to provide identification for orders over AU$1000 before we can release your order to you.
Refusal to provide identification may result in refunding the order.Once the identification has been sent through via email or text message (we will provide you a number), we can send the product without any further delay.

We do our utmost to ensure that every credit card transaction is secure. We use a Shopify SSL certificate for extra security. This is a high-grade Encryption key (Camellia-256, 256 bit encryption key) that ensures your payment and person info remains secure during your payment. Your credit card info cannot be accessed by any third parties.
